How do I make the WebP loop forever - or only once?
You have full control over looping behavior. In the "Advanced settings" menu, set the loop count to 0 for infinite looping (plays continuously), or set it to 1 for a single play-through (plays once and stops). This gives you flexibility for different use cases, from website banners to one-time animations.
Does WebP work in all browsers?
Animated WebP is widely supported across modern browsers including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, and Android browsers. Can I keep transparency from the original MP4?
Yes, you can preserve transparency from your source MP4 if it contains an alpha channel. Formats like ProRes 4444, VP9 with alpha, or other codecs with transparency support will maintain their transparent backgrounds when you enable the "Transparency" option in Advanced settings before converting to WebP.
What is the maximum upload size?
You can upload MP4 files up to 500 MB in size. For larger video clips, you can use our in-browser trimming tool to cut them into smaller segments that fit within the upload limit. This ensures fast processing and optimal conversion results.
